THE FRAGRANCE OF DOMENICA ITALIANA CANDLES CORRESPONDS TO THE SCENT OF THE DISH IT REPRESENTS?
The fragrances of the Domenica Italiana collection are a fragrant synthesis inspired by the dishes of our culinary tradition without being explicitly descriptive.
The essences, specially created in our olfactory laboratory, represent a studied reinterpretation to diffuse a pleasant aroma in the environment where the candle is lit.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER/HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped within 1 or 2 working days from the day the order was placed.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours at the email address you used to make the purchase.
HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. You can contact us through our contact form or via email at [email protected].
It may take 1-2 working days before receiving a response via email.
IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
Currently, we ship only to Italy.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
All orders are prepared within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For deliveries in Italy (excluding special areas and islands), consider about 3 working days.
Standard shipping in Italy costs €7 and is free for all orders over €70 (excluding special areas and islands).
For international shipments, delivery times and costs may vary by country.
Currently, we ship only to Italy.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE RETURNS?
It is possible to make a return by contacting our customer service through our contact form or by making the request from the user profile within 14 days of receiving the order.
Simply go to 'your profile' > 'your orders', select the order for which you want to return the items, and click at the bottom on 'request a return', selecting the products to be returned.
Then, wait for the approval of the return from our team, which will send all the instructions via email to proceed.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, once the products have reached our logistics.
The products must be returned intact, unused, and with the original packaging, without signs of tampering and/or wear.
CAN I MAKE EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
However, it is possible to return the item and proceed with a new purchase. Return costs will be borne by the customer, but for the new order, a code for free shipping will be provided.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders are processed immediately after their receipt. For this reason, it is not possible to make changes once the order has been placed.
WHAT SIZE ARE DOMENICA ITALIANA CANDLES?
Domenica Italiana candles measure approximately 8cm in diameter and 10cm in height. Inside the glass, there is about 300g of natural vegetable wax.
