WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?
All orders are prepared within 1-2 working days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination. For deliveries in Italy (excluding special areas and islands), consider about 3 working days.
Standard shipping in Italy costs €7 and is free for all orders over €70 (excluding special areas and islands).
For international shipments, delivery times and costs may vary by country.
Currently, we ship only to Italy.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE RETURNS?
It is possible to make a return by contacting our customer service through our contact form or by making the request from the user profile within 14 days of receiving the order.
Simply go to 'your profile' > 'your orders', select the order for which you want to return the items, and click at the bottom on 'request a return', selecting the products to be returned.
Then, wait for the approval of the return from our team, which will send all the instructions via email to proceed.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, once the products have reached our logistics.
The products must be returned intact, unused, and with the original packaging, without signs of tampering and/or wear.
CAN I MAKE EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
However, it is possible to return the item and proceed with a new purchase. Return costs will be borne by the customer, but for the new order, a code for free shipping will be provided.
